Bu proje de görüntü işleme ve makine öğrenimi yöntemlerini kullanarak bir plaka takıma sisteminin nasıl çalıştığına detaylıca baktık. Plakanın konumunu tespit eden algoritma yazarak konumu tespit ettik. Plakalardan veri seti oluşturarak kendi bir OCR yapımızı rassal orman (random forest) modeli eğiterek geliştirdik. Bu proje ile Plaka Tanıma Sisteminin aslında nasıl plakayı tanıyıp karakter tespiti yaptığını anlayabilirsiniz. :)
In this project, we looked in detail at how a plate tooling system works using image processing and machine learning methods. We determined the location by writing an algorithm that detects the location of the plate. We developed our own OCR structure by creating a data set from the plates, by training a random forest model. With this project, you can understand how the License Plate Recognition System actually recognizes the license plate and detects the character. :)
