Data Extractor

It is a Chrome extension designed to easily extract and log data from the currently active webpage. This extension provides a straightforward way to capture webpage content and save it to a text file for further analysis or documentation.

Installation

1. Clone this repository.
2. Open Chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/.
3. Enable Developer mode by toggling the switch in the top right corner.
4. Click "Load unpacked" and select the cloned repo folder.

Usage

1. Start Extraction:

   • Click the Data Extractor icon in your Chrome toolbar.
   • Press the "Start Scraping" button in the popup.

2. View and Save Data:

   • After extraction, the content will be logged in the console.
   • The extracted data will be saved in a text file and automatically downloaded to your computer.
