Jupyter notebook to produce the figures presented in reply to Balaparya and De's critique of Williams, Werner et al. Nature Genetics 2016. Related publications can be found here:
The notebook should render in github after clicking on it. In this notebook simulated datasets subjected to differing degrees of overdispersion are compared and the overdispersion in two data sets is estimated.
Alternatively it will show up here, if the rendering in github doesn't work.
