SpitiCare is a home services web app built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL. The system is divided into three main modules: User Module, Provider Module, and Admin Module. In the User Module, users can create an account, log in securely, and book services of their choice. They can manage their addresses, edit or cancel bookings, and check their booking history. A dynamic cart and time-slot selection system make the booking process smooth and user-friendly. Users can also make online payments through the Razorpay UPI gateway, which ensures safe and quick transactions.
The Provider Module helps service providers manage their daily bookings. Providers can accept or reject service requests and update the status of ongoing or completed tasks in real time. This helps in maintaining transparency between customers and providers.
The Admin Module gives full control over the entire platform. The admin can manage users, providers, services, and booking details. Admins can also track platform performance, handle cancellations, and ensure that services run smoothly.
