Shopping Mall Management System Problem Statement The Shopping Mall Management System aims to create an integrated online platform that enhances the shopping experience for customers while optimizing operations for mall administrators and shop owners. It empowers shop owners to add and update their shop details, allows mall administrators to manage mall information, and provides customers with a seamless purchasing experience. By streamlining inventory management and order processing, the system seeks to improve operational efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and maximize sales potential in a competitive retail environment.
