This was my first project working with PHP & MySQL. Although is not perfect, I am really proud of that project. Everything is dynamically fetched from database. First of all, user can see all jobs posted by every employer. It has functionality of filtering, paging. Once user apply for a job, on the profile section employer can see all applications and choose person that best fits. Profile page, based on user role, employer can fully crud operated on jobs and employee can managed their own applications. Employer can also contact interested people through the site. For logged user site has a survey system.

Through this project I have earned a massive learning about software development. These learnings were about different latest tools and techniques of software development. I have upgraded my problem-solving skill. I have earned the ability of critical thinking. Throughout the documentation I have learned the professional way of documenting a software after building. I have done a proper analysis before starting the development which helped me to upgrade my diagramming skills. Because of playing multiple roles for this project as a developer, tester, analyst and project manager by myself, now I understand the software development lifecycle better. I also have advanced the researching skills while preparing the literature review part. Moreover, I have earned a sufficient understanding of making development plan. Overall it was a great experience working on this project, these skills will definitely help me in my professional career ahead.
