Where Do I Start?

Three steps from zero to productive:

1. Run Hermes — Official docs quickstart (install, CLI, first chat).
2. Add skills — wondelai/skills (broad library) or litprog-skill (literate programming).
3. Add a surface — hermes-workspace (Hermes GUI) or mission-control (fleet / dispatch dashboard).
